The city is most famous of its healing water which is unique all across Europe. It gushes up from a depth of 50–70 metres, at a temperature of 62^oC

Parking facilities
The hotel’s parking lot is at your disposal at a daily fee for extra charge. We would like to inform you that the parking area is guarded by security cameras however the hotel is not liable for any damage caused in cars or any objects left in the car. For disabled guests the parking is free of charge.

We are pleased to provide you with bathrobes. If you wish to receive, please contact the front desk. Bathrobe delivery/ change for an extra fee.

Deck chairs
We kindly ask you not to occupy the deck chairs in the pool area if not in direct use. Unattended towels will be removed by the pool side associates.

It is free of charge service located in the exercise room in Wellness operation hours: 8:00-20:00

Pool billiard

Our custom made table is located in the Lobby, and can be used for a fee of: 1.000.- HUF / hour; every 5^th hour is gratis. Please contact the front desk. Tel: 3080

Table Soccer

It is available on the ground floor located at building „B” elevator landing area.

It operates with 50.- HUF coins.

Other entertaining facilities

Playground

Our outdoor playground can be found in the backyard. Please be advised that children under age of 5 can only use the playground under parental supervision.

Kid’s playroom

It is located on the first floor of building „B”. As the area is not manned by hotel associates, please do not leave your children unattended. For further information, please contact the front desk.

Pets

Pre registered pets are allowed in the hotel rooms for an extra fee /pet / night. Please be advised that all dogs must be kept on a leash within the premises. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, health areas and in the Wellness. Please advise our houskeepers about the convenient time of cleaning. Tel: 3080

All hotel rooms are equipped with individually adjustable climate control.

The system stops automatically in case of open balcony door or window.

Minibar /MAXI BAR

All the hotel rooms are equipped with minibar fridge but they are not stocked up. Upon your personal preference you can choose from a fresh, wide variety of minibar products for your comfort, in our HotelShop situated next to the front desk.

In case of need, we are more than happy to fill your minibar fridge with your prefered products from Maxi Bar for an additional 500.- HUF delivery fee.

Cleaning

Daily housekeeping service is from 9 a.m. – 2 p. m. Please indicate by the door knob sign whether to require cleaning service or wish not to be disturbed. In case you require any additional cleaning, feel free to contact the front desk. Tel: 3080

House rules for food leftovers
If you have any sort of food leftovers, please do not throw them in the hotel room bin, but rather bring them to the reception so we can use proper precaution for the disposal.

General Informations

Carwash - Automatic carwash service is available at the MOL petrol stations in Harkány and in Siklós. Manual carwash servise is available in the parking area of TESCO in Siklós.

Bed linen change - weekly min. twice

Check in- from 3. pm on the day of arrival at the reception

ATM- Available in several places in Harkány. K&H ATM is situated at the front entrance of the Thermal Bath of Harkány. OTP ATM is found right next to SPAR on the main street (Kossuth str.).

Security - The boarding house's public spaces and the entrance are monitored by security cameras. The recordings are handled in accordance with the legal regulations.

Shoe polish -Available at the reception-

Smoking - Smoking is not allowed in the hotel area except in front of the hotel’s main entrance. Smoking is not allowed in any hotel room as well, in this cases we charge an extra celaning charge of 100.- EUR.

The electricity is 220 V/50 Hz. Please use the sockets in the bathroom only for shaving and hair drying, for all other consumers please use the sockets in the other rooms of the apartment.

Elevator - The hotel has 2 passenger elevators. Please do not use the elevator in case of emergency or fire alarm!

Complaints and comments - Please contact the reception with your complaints and comments during your stay so that we can remedy any problems as quickly as possible. Complaint handling information is available at the reception.

Parking - Guests can use the hotel's parking lot, which is closed with a barrier, for an additional fee / daily fee, the price of which will be provided at the reception desk. We are not responsible for damages caused to passenger cars. We ask our dear guests not to drive into the green areas with their vehicles! In the case of parking in the accommodation area outside the designated parking space (in the case of a green area or other/closed area), we charge a one-time damage fee of HUF 100,000!

Use of safe deposit box

Our staff leave the safe’s door open; we kindly ask you to leave it open as well when you ckeck out.

Dial your own code:

1. Please delete the previous code from the system by pushing the button behind the opened safe door.
2. Dial an optional code then press the button ‘E’
3. Close the door and turn the lock in 5 seconds.
4. For opening the safe dial again your code then press the button ‘E’
5. Open the safe.
6. In case you dialed a wrong button, you can easily delete it with the button ‘C’

„Wellness World”

Recharge yourself physically and mentally at the Dráva Hotel wellness center, where complete relaxation awaits our guests looking for some rest.

Opening hours daily: 8.am - 8.pm. The 29-33°C (84-92°F) indoor pleasure pool has seats with air jets, neck massage water jets, a jacuzzi, an adventure tower and a lap lane, as well as a sun deck and drink bar. Relax in our warm jacuzzi tub!

It is possible to enjoy all the offerings from our hotel bar at the one in the corner of the pool area as well. Our range of saunas include two Finnish saunas with different temperatures, a steam room, a salt room, two infrared saunas and the pleasure shower, providing pleasant opportunities to pamper and refresh yourself. The fitness room has equipment for both cardio and conditioning workouts.

Our masseurs have many years of experience and training in therapeutic and sport massage, and they pamper our guests with various types of massage including oil, herbal, therapeutic and foot massages.

Emergency instructions

Fire alarm / Evacuation

The hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system. All our staff members are trained to deal with emergency situations quickly and efficiently. Smoke detectors are installed throughout the hotel as well as in the guestrooms. Our internal electronic alarm system that constantly monitors the interior of the entire building automatically passes any fire alarms onto the nearest Fire Brigade Station.

We urgently request that you familiarize yourself with the location of the emergency exits, fire alarm system and fire extinguisher location near you. Please take note of the Emergency Exit Plan which is located at your room’s entrance door.

What to do if the alarm is given while you are in your room:

• Leave your room immediately

If you leave your room to go to the nearest emergency exit, please proceed as follows:

• Carefully open the door and establish whether there is smoke in the corridor
• If only a little smoke is visible, make your way as rapidly as possible to the next emergency exit
• If it is dark, feel your way along the wall and count the doors to the emergency exit
• Proceed in a crouched position, as the air on the ground level is better
• Never try to go through thick smoke
• Don’t use the elevators
• Always remember to be calm

What to do if you cannot leave your room:

• Call the reception and inform your situation
• Remain in your room, if exit is blocked, this is the safest place to be
• Place wet towels and sheets against the foot of the door to prevent smoke from entering your room.
• Take the curtains down, if the fire reaches the window from outside at least no material will be set alight
• Keep wastepaper baskets ready for use as buckets so that you can keep towels and sheets at the door wet
• Make yourself noticeable and wave a sheet at the window as a signal to Fire brigade that your room is occupied
• Remain close to the floor
• Cover your mouth and nose with a damp clothe to ease breathing
• Do not break any windows unless necessary as closed windows help to prevent draughts of air feeding the fire
• Consider your actions carefully and always remain calm
