Payment method: 30% advance payment via bank transfer, the remaining amount shall be paid on the spot, in cash or with bank card! (In the event of cancellation or no show the advance payment will not be reimbursed.)

Cancellation policy:

72 hours prior to arrival: the paid 30% advance payment shall be the fee

within 72 hours: 100% of the gross accommodation rate

*The apartments are ca. 50 metres apart from the main building.

Discounts

Child discount

Up to the age of 5, the package price is free if arriving with at least 2 adults.

We offer a 50% discount on the price of the package for ages 5-12, if arriving with at least 2 adults.

In case of arrival with 1 adult, the package price for 1 child over the age of 5 is charged at full price, additional children are entitled to a 50% discount from the additional price between the ages of 5 and 12.

When arriving with 1 adult, the package price is free for children under the age of 5, and the 1-bed price is payable for 1 adult.

Pet accommodation fee

HUF 5,000 / night (pets are not allowed in the restaurant and the wellness section)

Other information

The rates are exclusive of the tourist tax (HUF 500 / person / night, over 18 years).
Parking fee in the closed parking area, protected with surveillance cameras: HUF 950 / motor vehicle / day

The VAT is included in the rates. We reserve the right of changing the rates.
No refund is due for the package elements not used.
