Cancellation Policy:
- If canceled up to 3 hours before the treatment, 30% of the total price of the booked massage or treatment will be charged as a cancellation fee to your room account.
- No-show or cancellation within 3 hours before the treatment: The full amount (100%) will be charged as a cancellation fee.
