Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA) System

Thank you for choosing our hotel as the place for your stay! Below you will find information regarding the rules of the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA) system:
According to current regulations, from 01 September 2021 every guest must present a photo ID (identity card or passport) upon arrival.
(From 01.09.2021 check-in at any accommodation is only possible with a photo ID. This means that even babies must have an ID card or passport.)
Act CLVI of 2016 on state responsibilities for the development of tourist areas requires accommodation providers to record the legally specified guest data on a storage platform designated by the Government. The designated storage provider is the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ).
The tasks of the storage platform introduced by the amendment are performed by the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA) system.

If a guest does not fulfil the legal requirements and, as a result, Dráva Hotel Thermal Resort and Termál Camping Apartment Houses are obliged to refuse accommodation or service, the hotel reserves the right to charge the penalty or cancellation fee stated in the booking confirmation.
